1. Bookings

All bookings are made through our booking app at app.livelagom.ie and are subject to availability. Sessions must be paid for in advance.

2. Cancellations

Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy shown during the booking process and in your booking confirmation. If you need to cancel or change your session, please do it as early as possible so the space can be offered to someone else.

Late cancellations and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. If Live Lagom needs to cancel a session due to unsafe weather, operational issues, or circumstances outside our control, we will contact affected customers and offer the most suitable available option.

Some sessions may require a minimum number of attendees to run. If a session does not reach the minimum required number, customers may be moved to their chosen backup session where applicable.

3. Health and safety

By booking a session you confirm you have read our safety guidance and that sauna and cold water are suitable for you. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

4. Liability

Live Lagom Sauna is an outdoor sauna experience. Customers are responsible for using the sauna, surrounding area, and cold water safely and sensibly.

By booking, you agree to listen to your body, follow safety guidance, avoid alcohol or drugs before and during your session, and take care around wet, hot, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Customers must remove footwear before entering the sauna and take care around wet, hot, uneven, or slippery surfaces.

Cold water use is optional and at your own discretion. Do not enter cold water if you feel unwell, unsafe, or unsure. Customers with medical conditions, pregnancy, heart concerns, blood pressure concerns, or any uncertainty should seek medical advice before attending.

Live Lagom is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the site.

5. Behaviour

We expect respectful behaviour from all customers. We may refuse entry or end a session at our discretion.

6. Vouchers

Gift vouchers are purchased through the booking app and can be used for eligible Live Lagom sauna sessions, subject to availability and the voucher conditions shown at purchase.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Lost or incorrectly entered voucher details may limit our ability to verify or recover the voucher. Please keep voucher details safe.

Voucher use may be subject to expiry dates, booking availability, and any conditions stated at the time of purchase.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
