Use the heat and cold with care

Sauna and cold water can feel powerful, but they should never be forced. Please listen to your body, take your time, and choose what is right for you on the day.

Who Should Be Careful

If you are pregnant, unwell, recovering from illness, have heart issues, blood pressure concerns, breathing difficulties, or any medical condition that may be affected by heat or cold, please get medical advice before booking. Do not use the sauna if you feel faint, dizzy, sick, or unsafe.

Hydration

Drink water before and after your session. Avoid heavy meals immediately before sauna, and take breaks whenever you need them. Leave the sauna if you feel light-headed, uncomfortable, or overheated.

Cold Water Safety

Cold dipping is optional. Enter slowly, never dive, and do not stay in cold water longer than feels safe. Cold water affects everyone differently, so take it seriously and listen to your body.

Alcohol

Do not use the sauna or cold water after drinking alcohol or taking drugs. Alcohol increases risk around heat, cold water, balance, and decision-making.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, please speak with a healthcare professional before using sauna or cold water.

Medical Conditions

If you have any medical concerns, are taking medication, or are unsure whether sauna or cold water is suitable for you, please seek medical advice before attending.

Footwear & Slippery Surfaces

Please remove footwear before entering the sauna. No footwear is allowed inside. Take care when moving around outside, especially on wet, uneven, or slippery ground.
