How do I book?

Bookings are made online through our booking app. Choose your location, time, and number of seats, then complete your booking securely.

Can I just turn up?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome during our operating hours if there is space available at the time. However, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Session times may change, and we require a minimum of 2 bookings for a session to operate.

What should I bring?

Bring swimwear, water, a towel, and an extra towel to sit on inside the sauna. Warm clothes for after your session are recommended. Easy footwear is useful outside, but no footwear is allowed inside the sauna.

Do I have to go into the lake?

No. Cold dipping is optional. You can cool down in the fresh air and enjoy the sauna at your own pace.

How long should I stay in the sauna?

Most people do gentle rounds of around 10–20 minutes in the sauna, followed by time outside or in the water. Listen to your body and leave the heat if you feel uncomfortable.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. You do not need sauna or cold water experience. Take it slowly, stay hydrated, and only do what feels right for you.

Can I book with friends?

Yes. You can book multiple seats if they are available. Private hire may be a better option for larger groups.

Why do I sometimes need to choose a backup time?

Some sessions need a minimum of two people to run. If you are the first person booked into a quiet session, you may be asked to choose a backup time so we can avoid cancelling your booking later.

Can I use packages for any session?

Packages are for personal use only and are not transferable. They can be used for eligible Live Lagom sessions, subject to availability and package conditions. You cannot use a package to book 2 spots in the same session.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased through the booking app and used towards eligible sauna sessions.

Do sessions run in bad weather?

Most sessions run in normal Irish weather. If conditions are unsafe, we will contact affected customers.

Can I drink alcohol before or during sauna?

Accepted Answer

No. Alcohol and sauna do not mix safely. Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Who should avoid sauna or cold water?

If you are pregnant, unwell, have heart or blood pressure concerns, or are unsure if sauna or cold water is safe for you, please seek medical advice before booking.
